I went to Iyala Kapoo Massage a little while back. Took me two days to find. First day< i walked 1.5 km along what I thought was Sukhmvik Soi 16, but later I realised was not. By then, I was hot and took taxi to another shopping centre I planned to visit.
Next day, I saw Soi 16 as a side street of the larger main street and walked almost the length before I saw the sign, but again was a bit puzzling since it looked like a medium level condo. Walked in, condo manager asked me if I needed help, I asked about the spa, and she pointed me to it, where a lovely girl in push up bra and heavy make up told me the price etc.
While we werre talking, a middle aged Caucasian woman who obviously lived there walked past reception, as it was next to the pool. A brothel next to the condo pool with walkway right by. Strange.
So it's 1000 THB for 1 hr oil massage and HJ, or 1,400 THB for 1.5 hours. I ask if any discount, and if receptionist does it. Her face got a bit tight..as in angry or displeased, and she used her walkie talkie to call a girl out, who was under 25, but not pretty, and had tattoos on her shoulder. Not what I expected at all.
She took me to a room (decor is all nice) and I asked to cahnge girls. SHe took me back out, spoke to receptionist. A rather chubby guy who just came out asked me if I wanted to change, and there were books you could see the girls' photos in. In fact, a scrawny guy at the desk was flipping through them as I watched. He ended up choosing a very busty girl :P
My guess is I pissed off the receptionist, so she didn't tell me any of this and just gave my anyone, probably the least desireable one.
I flipped through, picked one and when she came out for me to inspect the merchandise, I said yes, because she looked like a 16 year old ah lian with heavy eye make up, braces, and long straight shiny black hair. Later, she said she was 24. Wow...so young looking! Name was Gab-bie.
Sadly, besides her physical appearance, it all went downhill from there.
Her oil massage was a 15 minute touchy feely affair, and then asked me to flip over. I prolonged the HJ because I've never had a HJ by an ah lian before

I dressed and went to reception to complain. She just gave me a 400 baht refund and called Gab-bie on her walkie talkie straight after. Maybe Gab-bie had done this sort of thing before.
And so, this is my experience at Iyala Kapoo.
I like to think I got a dud. The pics looked pretty, the place is upper middle class, and although pricier than outside MC's, it's still half the price of SG, and with a pretty girl at half the age of the worn out women here in SG.
