And forgot to add Smart internet network was spotty at best, drop off even in main strip places (not referring to enclosed bars). Not sure is Globe's any better, think this reflects poor telco infrastructure. See here even sms gets delayed, and hear voice calls often koyak too. You better off with gratis in-house wifi in hotels and restaurants/pubs like Philiies. For a couple days thought my purchase sim card ps40 + ps100 reload (300mins) was a non-brainer. But hardly got much mileage out of it. SM mall got gratis wifi, slooooow too.
