You may try Sentosa Hotel at Jl Raja Ali Haji Jodoh. Tel: 62 778 452 345. There is a swimming pool, KTV, in-house massage and a salon.
The hotel is 2 star and the charges are $34/230k (weekday) and $39/270k (weekend) with breakfast.
My friend ever stayed there before and commented was not bad.
