No, you misread response. Just follow Phantomtiger's post with simple explanation -in AC, bar fine is inclusive of happy ending -but you need to tip her anything from ps300 up, depending on your generosity (and her service). SOP is after your deed (fj), she puts on her makeup and street clothes and leaves (ST). But some do stay till morning by what I know and hear from samsters and friends with me on my 1st trip 2 weekends ago here. Too bad, I didn't get to savour over nighter -so it's just managing own expectations. Consolation is you have a decent night's sleep, but minus that morning wake up call
Unlikely, you so suay kena hit by "technical" charge (ooops, unless your own doing going after cherry chabor). So shdn't cloud your whoring plans in AC.
Unlike Bkk, bar fine is only buying "freedom" -fj is outside, negotiable. In Patts (Pattaya), some popular bars even charge bar fine + fj upfront (paybale to bar) kns.
It's also important to understand AC is
not LOS. Difference in standard, cost of living (and infrastructure) and setup is teling. Cannot compare mangoes with durians. AC's popular as it's value for money, and chabors speak your lingo (english).

Leave everything else in the hotel room safe.
2. Leave that Rolex, gold chain, gold ring, etc. back home in Singapore. Needless to say, don't walk around with the latest Canon/Nikon camera strapped around your neck like I see many tourists do in HCMC. They are simply asking for trouble

Sensible advice. Even for vet like Ziebart, he lived to tell his tale.
