The locality is a notorious area, not really suitable for a newbie in Cebu.
This old man only goes that area to pick up ST gals. Mostly CMI seasoned pros but ocasionally will be able to find some student desperado in urgent need of money for school fees
My preferred stay is the Diplomat hotel.
