Yup, it's more to CEI side. The impact you only can feel the heat despite its miles away. Praying that it's rain this few days, hopefully can subside by this weekend, as mayor for Lampang PII YY is coming.  phuut len na.
They were asked to stop to make rain, as it's could worsen the situation. Plane with water are ask to throw some water from the top. |
