This is a place where a lot of KTV gals live. They also have studio which u need. The price is confirm within what u look for.
There are other place which have better deco and new. Like 雅高 etc.. So far I find housing agents in cp still alright. Just give them the price u willing to pay and area u looking for. They can get the units for u. The prices they give is also more or less the same +- 200 rmb. A lot of bros in here do rent apartments in cp. they can help u better.
Oh.. Try not to use the few agents beside PZL.. I find their pricing of rent higher than others smaller one.
The con of using agent is u have to pay them 1/2 month rent as fee.
