hahahahah btw there is no new apartment that faces the sea the last I visited it. There r reasons y not much apartments there, political reason which I can't openly comment here. The apartments there r quite ex now. If I'm not wrong abt 400K n above. But those were my dream apartment when I grow old. That place not far from Central area.
