motivate/reward with
Upz (full power) or
punish with
Zap (half power).

Zap :2. You can "
upz" with
Power 0 -
can click weighing scale. However the recipient gets
no upz/pts - it will appear with
grey dot!! You have also
forfeited your chance to Upz/Zap him for the
next 3 yrs - when U got power.
