Yeah weekdays always the best.. If your passport clean better to stand infront when alight at ferry terminal.. Try not to be one of the last few.. High chance of being aimed by the immigration.. Behind you no ppl they can take their own sweet time to ask you for $.
In terms of hotels I think ther other bros should be able to give some input.. Cause im a PR at Aston/Padimas.. Unlikely to stay else where.. 44 sing per night, they do take debit cards too. Very warm Friendly and welcoming service from the staff there.. Infront of the hotel is a huge ass supermarket where you can get anything from groceries to clothes to medication and even condoms.
Beside supermarket got a few eating establishments, notably McDota. In case too lazy to go out for dinner just dabao.. Idk this hotel still most convenient for me ba.. I drink a lot.. So can get my mixers from the supermarket and pick up fried chicken at the same time..
