You have to be in the 1% to be in the game. It's not hard to do that; you just have to visualize them girls raping your wallet.

I wouldn't call that dude mentally retarded... his happy hormones triggered by whatever situation he was in at that time might have led to this mistake. But again, if he was in the 1%, no photographic evidence.
