All pubs are the same, When you visit the joint they either have some mummies ( classier joints ) normally have them or just a manager or even ushers who would asked what you need. Girls, liquor, beer etc
Mainly 2 types
Flower joints - This are places that you buy garlands for the lady singers who will come sit and chat with you if you buy her flower garlands during their singing stint on stage. Cost you between S$20 to as high as few hundreds or thousands sometimes.
Butterflies - These are girls on social visit / tourist passes who come by here for a month to 2 months to make some quick money. They would come accost you and if you feel comfortable with their looks, sit and drink with you for mins to longer if they like your company. Tips are the norm between S$20 to even hundred if you wish to win their heart through $$$, Ha! Ha!
Drinks - are separate charges depending on the join with or without rooms from S$20 a jar to $38++ per jug in other joints depending on the place you visit.
