haha...this is a subjective question...
to build a house in province (what you term countryside)...
1) buy land if dun have
2) build what type of house
3) materials (brick, attap, zinc, wood, etc...diff material diff price)
4) can build in stages...depends on $$$
5) furnishing...
can be just USD5k to indefinite...
so really how much she can earn...
of course if you asked her...she wants the best...haha...if I am you I will pretend dun hear anything...just run far away...
