Hi gem08. What i normally do...i changed some money for transportation from clark airport to hotel first like 30 sin only...the rest i will change at field ave itself. FYI..not to bring more than 10,000 peso from singapore. Thats the immigration rules there. We were been asked too while at the immigration but i said no and just go. For safety, dont bring all your cash while u going out...just bring some only...the rest keep in safety box including your passport. Expect the unexpected.
