Indeed I have found employment in Singapore, a job that requires frequent travel to China. This "retreat" to Singapore, though, has taken quite a toll on my finances, and it does look like I will have to put my attention more towards income generation rather than cheonging, for the time being.
This is a special thread in my heart, and I hope to continue to participate in it.
