Hi fellow cheongsters,
Just came back from a 1 week trip in CP, was sick for the last few days so didn't get to meet any bros ... sorry
short fr
BBS: Stocks average, quality mediocre, service mediocre.
Only one opened ... in a secluded location down one long dark alleyway behind the restaurants ... Mummies no longer loitering the streets, sometime they hide in a car and are driven around ... heard from a mummy, GA are usually 2 men sitting on a motorbike watching the streets, so bros take note.
Sauna: stocks mediocre, quality mediocre, service avg
Only 2 operating. There are others opened very discreetly as well, need connections to access. Receptions at saunas all dismantled ... nobody to welcome you. So you need agent contacts. No full sauna service, all business done in "kefang" away from sauna floors, some even don't provide extra toiletries in rooms to avoid suspicion.
KTV: Stocks average, quality avg, service avg.
No more flower street. Attitude improved a tiny bit due to lack of customers. Service back in room varies according to mm. Costs still prohibitive to poor punters like me. I miss the 2 5 8 years not so long ago ... sob
All in all, the yanda are keeping punters away except for old timers with regulars. Based on what I see on the streets, it is definitely safer ... with a lot more families and locals visiting restaurants even on notorious streets like tian er hu.
I think the effects of this yanda will be here for at least a few months ... even heard from a few ktv managers that the local GA even made the effort to chase down an sauna operator who escaped back to his province and brought him back to dongguan to be charged and jailed.
all bros be safe ... be discreet, don't get into arguments with locals and don't let little head rule big head, there can still be some fun to be had, just don't expect any grandiose flower steets and wild sauna patterns for a long long time to come.
