The problem is a lot of parents nowadays are slaves to their grown up children. A young man who can think like that most probably comes from a middle income family and he believes that his parents can help him in many ways more than one. Just like a chap that i know. Marry a viet wife, cannot afford to feed her, still ask her to give birth to 2 kids. His children's diapers, milk and other expenses are all paid for by his parents. He and his family also stay with parents and live off them. He doesn't pay for anything in the household, all paid for by his parents. My wife asked his wife why still stay with his husband's parents since she doesn't like them, she said `why move out when everything is free?' I pity the parents.
