in shanghai ktv ... when it's a model cat gal ... she have the model height, look and dressing ... and she carried herself very well ...
though it's not cheap but that's the kind of standard of a model cat gal ...

this is nothing new .... and this is china ...
they can implement any rules & regulations but there's no enforcement to ensure it is carried out according ... after awhile, the rules is just a hearsay ..
