In terms of cleanliness, if i rate H81 equivalent as a 7/10, nataree would be barely making 5/10, lower if i spot cockroaches on floor (which i did on occasions). While H81 may be budget, but at least its generally clean, and bedsheets generally have minimal stains. Sometimes i wonder how they wash the sheets in nataree, or if washed at all....bathtub needs a good wash, sofa smells of sweat, and i wouldnt step on the carpet without slippers.

In terms of decor / general environment, if i rate H81 as 6/10, nataree would prob be 4-5/10. Rooms badly need renovation, damp musky smell, some rooms aircon dont seem to work, bed is uncomfortable.

Personally, ive seen worse in Sg budget hotels, and some of the ST hotels ard Nana. I used to just focus on the girl and ignore the room, finish and get out! but after trying other places i rather pay alittle more for the comfort of a better room. Cos if the girl service is below par or finish early, at least i can take a snooze while she massage me till times up.

Unless u have a fetish for girls that are really SYT that look like they are under 21, and want a one stop place for such syt where it is almost certain u will find someone, and dont really care abt the room, then recommend nataree. If u dont mind those slightly older looking (like mid 20s), u can find gems at many of the other MPs, sometimes even syts, but u have to go at right time otherwise these gems will be taken up. Some of these ang pais dont even appear for selection cos they have regulars booking them.

For the better looking syts in nataree, they are generally 2600bht or above. For other places, u can find gems for 500-1000bht abv nataree price. But may be hit or miss depending on time u go, and your luck.
