Some tested solutions by yours truely to get 2IC up again, and again, and again, etc.

I avoid alcohol as alcohol increases libido but decreases 2IC's potency.
Other than the "ZORUS" drink which I mentioned in an earlier post (~7 days back), I combine with Red Bull, Hang or Lipo-Plus. These drinks can give us the "high moral" so ladies would look prettier and their voices (and moans) sound sexier.
Red meat like beef steak is good for sperm & semen replenishment, but takes time (> 1 day). For faster results, I resort to high intake of tomatoes (for prostate health) and "soft proteins" like nuts/beans/tuna. My Jap client swears by Edanamae.
For me, a cheap and good way is to buy instant noodles (this is to satisfy my hunger) and cook it with canned tuna. By the way tuna is better than sardine as tuna has much higher protein concentration per gram. Canned tuna can be purchased at TESCO, etc.
