for me there are 2 choice:
1) stay at a spa in GZ - Osotto (for others u have to refer to the GZ thread)
Osotto has 3 outlets in GZ, choose Haizhu or Baiyun branch
Morning then take train to CP
2) call ur private driver drive u to CP - 2hrs ride. Expensive and long journey, not recommended. Remember dun ask the private car at the Baiyun Airport, will kena robert. Stay at Silvery Spa at CP
These spas are 24hrs.
