Just buy them a drink or get the waiter to serve it. Some will actually drop by and say thank you before they leaves, that's where u can pass her your number.
If you have never do it before, try it on the birthday girl of u came across, it's very ok to buy them a drink after they sing the birthday song in public. nothing to feel weird about.
