The 4th floor toilet at Red Dot Traffic is nice and quiet after 8pm. Hired a LB once and asked 'her' to meet me there around 9pm. Lot of privacy at night. Only problem was the toilet is quite small, but I didn't mind uping her from behind while both of us are standing.
