Silver Holiday looks nice with good facilities. Gym/Swimming pool.. etc etc, but is not well located. Not many taxis ply that area, perhaps therefore they need to provide shuttle service.
Anyway, taxis all over CP are usually 15rmb without meter. My preference is a well located hotel that i can easily get taxis.
