I am a big soapie fan for ages and so naturally I have been BKK guy for years.
Visited Pattaya in the past two years and surprisingly Pattaya had vastly improved. Great for sanuk and other activities as well even it had been really crowded with traffic jam in the peak holiday season. Pattaya is one party town, very relaxing with plenty of fun. I like Pattaya better now from the sanuk tourist standpoint.
BTW, I don't mind skin color either.
