My trip was like this, first they got a van to pick me up from hotel then to their Bus Terminal, jump on bus terminal then stopped at SVB to pick up more people, then straight to PTY bus terminal, then another van to drop me off at final PTY hotel..
Maybe you want to call them just to confirm.

I am not going to BKK. My journey is direct from SVB to PTY.
Anyway I have a reply from the airport to my email.
If book through Bell Travel counter pay B200.
If book through Airport counter pay B134.
Both are using the same buses.
