Is Songkran in Patts child friendly? I want to go next year but the Princeling wants to tag along. He has experienced Songkran once in Chiang Mai and enjoyed it so much he wants to do it again...... but I dun want to go all the way to Chiang Mai. How different is the celebrations between CM & Patts?
