How different is the celebrations between CM & Patts?
No problem, I was playing with some jap/kr kids (4/5 to 12) at a bar at beach road end of soi8. We were spraying water towards those passing by on baht bus and bikes 555

Suggest you get to patts on 18th before 3pm then leave after 20th. No transport will likely operate within central patts. Bell bus you need goto their terminal, no hotel transport available on 19th.

Never experience Chiang Mai before, but Patts confirm crazier compare to BKK.
