I heard that a French tourist and his bar fine was robbed by 2 trike drivers last week. He tried to fight back and one of the robbers pulled a gun and shot him in the shoulder. He was brought to hospital but suffered a cardiac arrest due to loss of blood and died. Is this the same stretch of road?
