Actually, this is quite a reasonable question considering....that most of us really never thought of a budget per se and knows pretty well what things costs.
I'd say that these days, the absolute minimum would be a mixed KTV at RMB 300, plus the cost of the gal which at a minimum is 3-6-9. The upper limit though is pretty well the sky and depends on how lavish a night you would want your KTV session to be i.e. with multiple companions, high priced premium liquor, various foods, stuffed toys etc.
For Saunas, I'd say circa 650 - 950 would for most places cover acceptable gal/facilties. (and perhaps even less for lesser places/girls)
