Talking about this location - the 85 degrees bakery occupying the ground floor with its outdoor seating has become the prime location for gawkers to enjoy the parade of girls walking up and down Zhong Yan Street. Great place to watch the Sea of Pussy, AND the Free WiFi from the Hui Mei is OK accessible from there!

But the Happy Together restaurant upstairs IMHO remains an overpriced place serving tasteless food AND they give you grief when you've been sitting downstairs too long and need to use their bathroom!
