Is that possible? Say that if I meet a KTV girl in a KTV and get her number and call her say a week later, can she come to hotel directly and I pay less?

Near to custom the spas I dunno. CA got spa, other major hotels near the sea also got spa. It is still open, just closed for CNY. XZ area GX also got very good spa. Can just walk in.
KTV in SH I not too sure, but expensive and waste time imo. Went once cost 600 to sit down and no aftermath. Was in JS for a few yrs, imo waste time and money go the KTV there.
Yes you can get number from girl and ask private session. However in SH or JS area unless got chemistry or something you can, or only those that go out.
Be it in SH, JS, ZH, play right chemistry or KC well enough some are free, nothing attached. Also another thing is get the girl with you drunk enough and propose, normally it works. Also try the princesses if you can, some are fakes, convert from girl or also horny. There are many ways to play.
In disco/pubs if you can party well, chances of girls following you out with or without money is high.
