now that you mention Johor I remember now.... in early 2000s sometimes go to this shoplot somewhere near Taman Sentosa. Have to go in thru back door. 2 floors and cubicles and ktv type rooms. Call puyings rubba rubba and then if want FJ the guards will bring you round to rooms at back of shoplot. Guard will lookout and make sure ok before tell you to proceed to room with gal. What you mentioned about the shop lot in Taman Sentosa in early 2000s are now available in 2 places in Seremban but only with Viets.
