IT seems u all a little bt confuse ...
To Me ... Its more Applicable to those 'PAST' Vietnamese trying to reclaim their Vietnamese Citizenship ... due to leaving the country on'Special' reasons.
THere is still risk of Losing 'The Other' Citizenship ... Depending on Both Countries' Agreement ....
To re-claim back the ststus ... there must be prove of birth to either a Vietnamese Parent ...
Anywhere ... nothing to shout about as it doesn't concern us or our partner as either of us or our child don't fall under this category ....
