i agree with bro adidas abt wanting value for the money we spend... but for someone to expect the prices to stay, in the current era of inflation, that is just wishful thinking...
but at the end of the day, some things are just beyond our control ....
I will pm u my date...from mid may.
Yes u rite ..it is a yong tau hu stall at ppl's park.
Wonton stall at Lavender????..no not been tat one yet.
Me hardly in sg these days.
Me too like everyone else want top value for money but like u said
prices gone up beyond our control...and it is not just inflation alone.
China's economy has been expanding at abt 4-5 times the rate
of sg's for at least the last 10 years and is still growing very fast...
naturally prices do go up.
The other thing is Cp is much bigger now ...both in name and
market.....not like it was 10 yrs ago....a slow moving little town.
It will get even busier once the north-south rail is completed.
I thk the biggest factor affecting the price movement is the
market itself. On the demand side are too many rich ppl
spending lavishly in cp...living out their fantasies and dreams.
Of cos we like to blame these rich ppl...just like we would on
property prices, taxi fares, rent,...and so on.
All i can say is,,,welcome to the real world.
