Bro the MMS is part of the service staff so if you are happy with her service and you feel good to give her a tip nothing wrong with that after all there is no hard and fast rule about it, however it is not quite right for her to ask for it but then again if she ask in a nice way then I reckon it's ok to give her something to make her day and be Mr jai dee
