i'm sure every bro has a different theory for tipping, and as for me, i apply a simple formula for tip tabulation.
disclamer; the following formula is applicable only if she meets my expectations for aforesaid services rendered (agreed prior to barfine)... failing which she will be dismissed without repeal
tip amount = (number of nights spent with me x her daily gross income) x 0.85
* if services rendered exceed expectation, i throw in a 20% bonus
as for quickies, depends on situation:
pre-agreed = hours spent with me x transport fare
sudden stunt = transport fare nett
expulsion by me = ZERO!!
