One of my friend used to go monthly and now very close with the agent and promised that we’ll show up if we book from him so that he can guarantee the rooms for us even after 1800 hrs, so far so good never had this problem since then and he/we also never play the agent out before.

That's right bro... I remember there was once when still no tiger flight from sg to gz, fly at 9 pm reach gz at 1 am and cp at 3am
We booked yihao via ken and still have the room when we check in at 4 am...
Actually it true that checking in at 4 is abit of waste money but I feel it's safer. We dun like to carry our luggage go suana or massage. Especially on first day.
