I am a early bird and usually will reach CP by latest 2pm.
Once you are a regular , most agents will find a way to keep the room for you .
Myself have no such problem , even if it is a last min booking also can get room at peak season provided you didn't fly them aeroplane and also being a regular .

But silkair rtn timing was too early except for thurs where they have late afternoon flight back
Beside silkair , there is also Shenzhen air which depart SG early morning and rtn late evening 10pm..... on your last day , you can still roam the FS , have a couple of drinks before heading to airport .
