HMTL seems to let a gal pick her price/ or is their standards lower than YH and Ouya?: I do not know the vetting process of the gals in HMTL, but a gal that was a 3/7/11 in Ouya came over to HMTL and she's a 4/10/16. (I think after the increase in price in Ouya due to HMTL, the price is now 4/10/15). Also I suppose the gals that are 6-18-25 are previously 5-15-20 in Ouya and YH.

2. Management: the day I went, there was the guy scolding and reading out the names of gals that have been fined at the f street. I have no idea why you hold your management meetings when the f street is occurring, and I have no interest in gals been fined what not, why don't you have it before the f street? It's not very classy. I know Yihao sometimes does this but it leaves a bad impression.

3. Business Arrogance: Now I understand the strategy of trying to attract gals by offering higher prices. But after 3 months it doesn't seem to be working. I must admit, I went on a weekday so maybe the lack of customers there is more attributed to it being a weekday (Tuesday) - but when you have 100-150 gals but only 30 guys on f street it shows that there is a general dislike by your market of your product.

People are feedbacking that the price is too high, and you have ruined the market. Instead of accepting this feedback there is a continual challenge to say that it's not that expensive (even though it's the most expensive in CP factually). Customers also lan lan go boycott HMTL lor.

Look I'm talking about the KTV, the hotel at least is trying out to get a loyal base by lowering their rack rates to 300rmb/nite which is a really good deal (except of course all the problems they have and no contigency plan like blackout - I think if got fire people will die because no PA system)

What does KTV do? Offer 15% discount... Every KTV offers 10-15% discount of final bill lor.

To be serious, gers also know what they want. Some girls refused to go up in grade as it will affect her income and customers brining them out. The tips partially have to be paid to the mummy so if only sitting fees, they seriously cannot afford their mid to high expenses. For me, i have my own standard also, overnite charges of 2K, 2.5K, 3K.. no matter if you call them "Model" to me not worth it. if i pay 2K, i can get 2 gers for double fly. The so call "Model" only certain percentage is very or extremely good looking. They are cat in to "Model" becoz of height, relationship with management. These so call "Model" also have more attitude issues and problems than normal cat gers. For HTML, the purposes of so much high priced gers is because they want to have more gers to come over to their place but they forgot than in competition, quantity is not that important as quality. For drinks, mostly there will be discount, for gers, if there are more nice normal grade gers and mid level gers you will make you place. but of coz in China, i believe HTML is targeting clients who are rich and famous or rich and powerful.

Anyway, sporean convert sing to rmb, you might find it okay since cheong not frequent but to me i find it expensive and pointless. As i have said, KTV mostly now do not even provide much service. For overnite if i have to pay 2K, i can get double fly or i go SN and get a nice and service orientated gers for ON. Just my point of view.
