about being on time for fs. yeah you would see the bulk of the stock by being early. but some of the very chio one are preselected even before the fs. like reserved by mummy for their big customers, kept woman by rich bosses orrrrrrrr chosen during meetings.

Good for newbies. Sometimes want to search also not easy.
