For me Cebuanoes are the best in the Philippines..... many are crossbreed and have Spanish blood in them unlike the other provinces where the girls are typically chocolate like our neighbors.
Also behavior wise they are more sikit atas in the way they carry themselves and behave.... culturally more refined.
When I am in Cebu.... I feel like I am in Barcelona.
When I am in AC.... I feel like I am in Batam.
