About 6 months ago there was a Cebu Pacific promotion and I grabbed a return ticket to Clark. My flight is next Thursday (20/6 @ 1625 hrs on 5J 538) and return on Sunday (23/6 @ 1210 hrs on 5J 537). I had fully paid up and have a printed itinerary with the above dates.
This morning I went into the Cebu Pacific website to check my flight details as I have a colleague who wants to join me on this trip. KNN I could not find my booking when I input my date as 20/6/13. !
Later in the afternoon I went home and retrieve my booking receipt and went to check the website again with my booking reference..... I was shocked when my itinerary came out... It put my flight as leaving on Friday (21/6 instead of 20/6).

I immediately tried to contact the airline but the 2 contact numbers available were both Philippine numbers which I could not get any connection.
I have also sent a few emails but until now not have any reply yet.
Did anybody else have this problem? How can they just anyhow change my flight date WITHOUT informing me at all.
