I'm not rich but i rather bring extra at least your itenary is not restricted by the amount of cash you have. Might as well save a bit more and go. Imagine you saw a gal to your liking and it cost 1 million. you got not enough cash. you settle for a cheaper gal but keep thinking of the first gal. you will spend money again to come balai and look for the gal. trust me. It happen to me the first time I went Balai.
