Donno what place you are talking in Cubao, as I have friends putting up n Cubao, and also, I have been around Manila, and yes, locals pay one tenth of what we pay .. so going with a local, yes, you can do wonders, then again, some bars catering for locals wont allow foreigners, and I do understand their anxiety. One too many foreigner exposed the local flesh trade which is bad for PH Pride, as officially, only foreigners abuse local girls and spoil them
