Yes, try to stay away from PNP .. especially in Manila and AC !!! Be safe and fly under the radar, and again another reminder - don't flash fancy phones, or carry too much $ or set yourself up for traps ..
Some cases I know of include a dear friend who wanted to buy viagra, and was accosted by cops and accused of being the seller to the street vendor - go figure .. all went away for 30,000 peso fine and an affidavit to not to commit the crime again !!!
