Be careful of rise in street crime, petty theft lately.
Seems like Makati Ave, incl Burgos, & some roads leading into hotels or condos need to be extra careful.
Street kids etc.
With cabs, like what bro yellow5001 says is true, just tell driver use meter. No point arguing, if nothing works, hop off & catch next one cos there are plenty.
