Yes - agreed that confidence is always the most important. Though, it is important also to distinguish between quiet confidence against loud mouth bull shit boastful. The gals can tell from a miles away if you are just a load full of shit but would be mesmerised by you if you show her your worldly wisdom, poise and finesse.
