Called the restaurant on Friday to book a room for dinner for 18 pax. The girl who took the booking is totally unprofessional n lost. Repeated to her twice that I need a room for 18, she confirmed its done. At 6.30pm, when all 17 of my guests came to the restaurant we were told that the only room big enough to accommodate 18 was taken up. There's nothing they can do about it. What a major embarrassment on my part n disappointment on my guests.
Your food might be great. But without the decent service personnel to compliment it, it's will not help your business.
