Hi Justin,
Sorry to hear about your encounter at our restaurant. Our staff misheard the number of pax and thought that the reservation was for 8 pax instead. We do have a room that can seat 18 pax but was occupied by another group of customers. For the time being, we only have 2 private rooms in the restaurant. The one that can accommodate 18 pax is setup using 2 tables. We do not have a single table that can seat 18 pax. Was told by my staff that you require a table that can seat 18 pax together.
Nevertheless, I do agree it's our fault in the first place and would like to apologies unreservedly for any embarrassment that we have caused you. I will be dropping you a private message to discuss further on the above matter.
